摘　　要：肿瘤化疗患者,其病情复杂,中医治疗往往需顾及行气、活血、祛痰、化瘀、燥湿、清热、温阳等不同治法。岭南火针一针多效,“温、通、补、清、消”等作用融合一体,对肿瘤患者寒热虚实夹杂的复杂病症能具多向调节,林国华临床使用岭南火针治疗效验颇丰,在肿瘤化疗后毒副反应方面,亦有所涉及,本文选取三则典型案例以介绍报道。The condition of tumor patients treated with chemotherapy is complex.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for tumor patients after chemotherapy covered the therapies of moving qi,activating blood,dispelling phlegm,removing blood stasis,drying dampness,clearing heat and warming yang.Lingnan fire needle therapy has the multiple effects of warming,unblocking,tonifying,clearing and eliminating actions,which exerts multidirectional regulation for the complex symptoms due to the mixture of cold,heat,deficiency and excess in tumor patients.Professor LIN Guo-hua has rich experience in the clinical use of fire needle therapy,and is also experienced in the treatment of toxic and side effects after tumor chemotherapy with Lingnan fire needle therapy.In this paper,3 proven cases were presented.
