摘　　要：人本思想是中国传统思想文化的精髓,医学是人类社会文明发展的集中体现,而中医学是富含人文的医学且充满人文智慧。大健康理念下深入观察恶性肿瘤疾病的特质,可以发现人本思想视角下的“人文关怀”显得尤为重要。伴随着生物-心理-社会医学诊疗模式的转变,社会对医疗主体行为者提出更多更具体的要求。肿瘤专科病房是肿瘤患者主要诊疗场所,人文病房的构建将有助于患者得到更为客观、有效、全面、人性化的诊疗服务。本文基于人本思想角度,从医疗行为主体、医疗环境、医疗实践多方面对肿瘤专科人文病房构建提出构想和探讨,以期为医学人文在中医肿瘤学临床实践提供现实借鉴和指导。Humanistic thoughts are the essence of Chinese traditional ideology and culture,and medicine is the concentrated embodiment of the development of human social civilization.As the humanistic medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has rich humanistic wisdom.The in-depth observation of the characteristics of malignant tumor diseases under the concept of one health showed that the human-oriented humanistic care is particularly important for the treatment of malignant tumors.With the alternation of biological-psycho-social medical diagnosis and treatment mode,the public makes more detailed request for the medical staff,and oncology department ward is the main place for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients.The construction of the human-oriented ward will help patients to obtain more objective,effective,comprehensive and human-oriented services.Based on human oriented thoughts,this article discussed the construction of traditional Chinese medical oncology human-oriented ward from the perspective of medical staff,medical environment and medical practice,and it is expected to provide reference and guidance for the clinical application of medical humanities in traditional Chinese medical oncology.
