摘　　要：浅刺法治疗疾病源远流长,早在《黄帝内经》中就有“浅刺而疾发针”的记载。根据《灵枢》中五刺应五脏的理论,针刺深度可对应筋、脉、肉、皮与骨5个层次,其中皮部位居人身最外之藩篱,浅刺之可激发经气以预防病邪的进一步深入以及引邪外出。故笔者通过探讨浅刺法之渊源、理论基础、取穴特点及临床应用,总结其丰富的理论内涵,以期更好地挖掘浅刺法的临床价值,指导诊疗思路。Shallow needling method has a long history in treatment of diseases, and there exists a description of ‘needling depth is shallow and needle extraction is quick’ in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon. According to the theory of five ancient needling techniques corresponding to five internal organs in Spiritual Axis, the depth of acupuncture can correspond to five levels in terms of tendons, blood vessel, flesh, skin and bones. The part of skin is the outermost barrier of human body, therefore shallow needling can prevent disease from further intruding and expelling pathogenic factors. This study summarized its rich theoretical connotations by discussing origin, theoretical basis, characteristics of acupoints selection, and clinical application of shallow needling method, in order to better explore the clinical value of shallow needling method and guiding the thinking of diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice.
