摘  要:浅析国医大师孙申田教授对面瘫后面肌痉挛的学术思想及诊疗验案。面瘫后继发面肌痉挛治疗难度大、容易反复,中医针灸治疗优势明显。经过多年临床探索,孙老根据面瘫后面肌痉挛的程度、特点,将中医经典理论与现代西医理论相结合,以“辨证”“调神”“整体”为治疗法则,创新采用经颅重复针刺刺激疗法、腹针疗法,取得显著疗效。本研究将从思路浅析、病案举隅等方面对孙申田教授的诊疗思路及临床病案进行总结分析,以期为面瘫后继发面肌痉挛的临床诊疗提供参考。This study briefly analyzed Professor SUN Shentian’s academic thoughts, diagnosis and treatment therapies of hemifacial spasm(HFS) after facial paralysis, which is difficult for treatment. The advantages of Chinese acupuncture are obvious in treating HFS. After many years of clinical experience, according to degree and characteristics of HFS, professor SUN innovatively uses the repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation and abdominal acupuncture therapies to treat HFS and has achieved significant effects based on the principles of ‘syndrome differentiation’, ‘regulating Shen’ and ‘holism concept’, by combining classical TCM theory and modern western medicine theory. This study summarized and analyzed the diagnosis and treatment ideas and clinical records of professor Sun, in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HFS secondary to facial paralysis.
