摘  要:本文就国内外关于包覆法制备超粗及特粗晶硬质合金的研究近况进行概述,分别介绍溶胶凝胶、液相还原、流化床气相沉积FBCVD与化学镀联用技术、水热合成氢还原、共沉淀还原等几种化学包覆法和物理镀膜包覆法的工艺特征,以及包覆法在制备超粗、特粗晶硬质合金方面的技术进展。与球磨法对比,简要分析包覆法在制备超粗、特粗晶硬质合金方面的技术优势,同时初步分析包覆法要实现工业化、批量化制备超粗及特粗晶硬质合金将面临的问题和挑战,展望了包覆法在制备超粗及特粗晶硬质合金的独特优势及良好前景。In this paper, the recent research status of coating method for preparing super coarse and extra coarse cemented carbides at home and abroad is summarized. The process characteristics of several chemical coating methods and physical coating methods, such as sol gel, liquid phase reduction, fluidized bed vapor deposition FBCVD combined with chemical plating, hydrothermal synthesis hydrogen reduction, coprecipitation reduction, and the technical progress of coating method in preparing super coarse and extra coarse cemented carbides are introduced respectively. Compared with the ball milling method, this paper briefly analyzes the technical advantages of the coating method in the preparation of ultra coarse and extra coarse grained cemented carbides, and preliminarily analyzes the problems and challenges that the coating method will face in the industrialization and batch preparation of ultra coarse and extra coarse grained cemented carbides, and looks forward to the unique advantages and good prospects of the coating method in the preparation of ultra coarse and extra coarse grained cemented carbides.
