摘  要:首钢股份3号高炉于2010年1月投产,一代炉役寿命已达12年,进入炉役生产后期。生产中存在操作炉型既定,高炉炉况接受调整困难;炉缸炉底侵蚀严重,加钛护炉为常态;冷却强度下降,在炉墙处形不成稳定的渣皮等制约高炉强化冶炼的特征,高炉表现为煤气流分布紊乱,炉缸侧壁温度长期处在高位,被迫控制铁水产量适应,严重影响了高炉顺行,燃料消耗居高不下。通过采取加强原燃料质量管理,提高原燃料质量和入炉粒级;合理地上下部调剂,调整中心和边缘煤气流分布,提高煤气利用率;精细精准化日常管理,保证炉温和炉渣碱度合适稳定,炉外渣铁出匀出净等措施,3号高炉炉况长时间稳定顺行,铁水产量稳步提升,燃料比大幅下降,各项技术经济指标明显改善。No.3 blast furnace of Shougang was put into operation in January 2010.The service life of the first generation of blast furnace has reached 12 years,and it has entered the later stage of production.In the process of production,it is difficult to adjust the condition of blast furnace because the operation furnace type is fixed.The erosion of the hearth hearth hearth is serious,adding titanium to protect the furnace is normal;The cooling intensity decreases and the slag crust is not stable at the furnace wall.The blast furnace is characterized by the disordered distribution of gas flow and the high temperature of the side wall of the hearth for a long time,which forces it to control the adaptation of molten iron production,which seriously affects the running of the blast furnace and the high fuel consumption.By strengthening the quality control of raw fuel,improve the quality of raw fuel and the grain grade;Reasonable upper and lower adjustment,adjust the center and edge gas flow distribution,improve the utilization rate of gas;The daily management was refined and accurate to ensure proper and stable furnace temperature and slag basicity,and the slag and iron outside the furnace were homogenized and cleaned.The working condition of No.3 blast furnace was stable and smooth for a long time,the output of molten iron was steadily increased,the fuel ratio was significantly decreased,and various technical and economic indicators were significantly improved.
