单铁口高炉改双铁口双场生产实践及效益评估

摘　　要：敬业集团分公司2号高炉在2021年底大修。在工期短情况下,将上代炉龄单铁口单场出铁大修改造为双铁口双出铁场出铁,两个出铁场大沟和撇渣器均采用一体化浇注成型的贮铁式大沟,解决了困扰生产多年的单铁口单场出铁问题。在双铁口运行情况下,高炉炉缸工作状态良好,风压风量稳定,渣铁物理热充沛,铁口深度稳定,单侧铁口出铁间隔时间得到延长,提高了铁口工作质量,使高炉能按时出净渣铁,有利于实现低硅低硫冶炼,促进高炉顺行稳定,为高炉进一步提高经济技术指标创造了条件。同时解决了因修补炉前出铁大沟、撇渣器及炉前事故需长时间慢风、休风的生产局面,降低了高炉慢风率和休风率,增加产量并降低生产成本,创造了显著的经济效益,值得其他单铁口高炉改造借鉴。No.2 blast furnace of JingYe Group Branch has been overhauled at the end of 2021.Under the condition of short construction period,the single iron outlet of the previous generation of furnace age was reformed into double iron outlet of double iron outlet,the two big gully and the slag skimmer were made of integrated castable iron storage gully,which solves the problem of iron discharge from single iron mouth and single field which has puzzled the production for many years.Under the condition of double iron port operation,the furnace cylinder of blast furnace is in good working condition,the air pressure and air volume are stable,the physical heat of slag iron is abundant,the depth of iron port is stable,the extension of the interval of iron discharge from the unilateral iron orifice,improves the working quality of the iron orifice and enables the blast furnace to produce net slag iron on time,which is conducive to the realization of low silicon and low sulfur smelting,promotes the stable running of the blast furnace,and creates conditions for further improving the technical and economic indicators of the blast furnace.At the same time,it solves the production situation of long time slow wind and idle wind due to the big iron discharge ditch,skimmer and accident in front of furnace,reduces the slow wind rate and idle wind rate of blast furnace,and increases the output and reduces the production cost,and creates significant economic benefits,which is worthy of reference for other single iron mouth blast furnace transformation.
