摘 要:丛式井组工艺目前已成为油气生产过程重要的工艺之一,而其设备如钻井设备、采油设备、集输设备在运行时会产生噪声污染。文章提出针对丛式井组设备在油气生产过程中的噪声控制方案。首先对噪声污染源进行声学评估,其次对污染源设备进行结构调整或者对设备利用隔声罩进行吸隔声控制,另外可对城市功能区与丛式井组设备之间进行绿植优化进而减少在声传播过程中噪声污染。针对丛式井组油气生产噪声污染,利用上述方案可达到工程验收标准。The process of cluster well group has become one of the important processes in the oil and gas production process, and its equipment such as drilling equipment, oil production equipment, and gathering and transportation equipment will produce noise pollution during operation. This paper proposed the noise control scheme for cluster well group equipment in oil and gas production. Firstly, the acoustic evaluation of the noise pollution source was carried out, then the structure of the pollution source equipment was adjusted or the equipment was controlled by sound absorption and insulation according to the acoustic shield. In addition, the greening optimization between the urban functional area and the cluster well group equipment could reduce the noise pollution in the process of sound propagation. The project acceptance standards could be met by the above scheme for the noise pollution of cluster well group in oil and gas production.
