摘  要:长输油气管道具有线路长、沿线环境复杂、涉及环境敏感区较多的特点。加强长输油气管道环境敏感区管理是降低油气管道环境风险的重要措施。利用多种信息技术,建立油气管道运行期环境敏感区信息化平台,可以大大提高环境敏感区管理效率。文章提出建立基于地理信息系统(GIS)的环境敏感区信息化管理平台。可实现法律法规数据库维护与查询、环境敏感区资料管理和识别及环境风险评估等功能,对管道信息系统的完善及环境管理具有重要意义。The long-distance oil and gas transmission pipeline is featured with long route, complicated environment and numerous environmental sensitive areas along with the pipeline. It is an important measure to reduce the environmental risk of oil and gas pipelines to enhance the management of environmental sensitive areas of long-distance oil and gas transmission pipeline. The management efficiency of environmental sensitive areas can be greatly improved by various information technologies to establish the information platform in the operation period of oil and gas pipelines. This paper proposed the establishment of the information management platform for environmental sensitive areas based on geographic information system(GIS). The information management platform could realize the functions of law and regulation database maintenance and inquiry, data management and identification of environmental sensitive areas and environmental risk assessment. It was great significance to the improvement of pipeline information system and environmental management.
