可吸收棒内固定在掌骨骨折患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的通过与微型钢板进行对比,分析掌骨骨折患者中应用可吸收棒内固定的临床价值。方法66例掌骨骨折患者分为观察组和对照组各33例,分别接受可吸收棒固定治疗、微型接骨板治疗,比较2组的掌骨骨折恢复优良率、日常生活活动功能评分、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的优良率(93.94%)高于对照组(75.76%),并发症发生率(6.06%)低于对照组(27.27%),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.243、5.345,均P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组和对照组的日常生活活动功能评分为(14.69±1.66)分、(10.39±1.58)分,均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌骨骨折患者中应用可吸收棒,能明显提高治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,促进患者生活功能的恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical value of internal fixation with absorbable rods in patients with metacarpal fracture by comparing with mini-plate.Methods Sixty-six patients with metacarpal fracture were divided into observation group and control group,33 cases each.The two groups were treated with absorbable rod fixation and mini-plate,respectively.The recovery rate of metacarpal fracture,the score of activities of daily living,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of the observation group(93.94%)was higher than that of the control group(75.76%),and the complication rate(6.06%)was lower than that of the control group(27.27%).The differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.243,5.345,both P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the scores of activities of daily living in the observation group and the treatment group were(14.69±1.66)and(10.39±1.58),which were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the treatment group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of absorbable rods in patients with metacarpal fracture can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the recovery of patients’life functions.
