摘　　要：风险社会与互联网时代叠加,致使由各类突发事件引发的网络舆情也日趋增多.为充分了解我国网络舆情研究进展,有效应对网络舆情引发的不利影响,选取CNKI数据库中突发事件网络舆情相关文献,运用CiteSpace文献分析软件对该领域文献进行主题聚类、时空分布等可视化分析.现阶段我国学界关于突发事件网络舆情的研究热点主要集中在舆情演化传播、监测预警和引导治理三大方面.在对其相关文献成果进行梳理与总结的基础上,得出已有研究需要改善的地方:突发事件网络舆情演化传播定量研究较少,突发事件网络舆情风险动态实时监测、防范控制领域研究较少,尚未构建基于现实情景的网络舆情治理体系等.提出应加强在突发事件网络舆情研究范式转变、网络舆情风险动态监测、跨学科研究视角下的舆情引导治理等方面的研究.The superposition of risk society and the internet era has led to an increasing number of online public opinions triggered by various emergencies.In order to fully understand the research progress of online public opinion in China and effectively deal with the adverse effects caused by online public opinion,this paper selects the literature related to online public opinion on emergencies from CNKI database,and uses CiteSpace literature analysis software to conduct the visual analysis of the literature in this field such as topic clustering and spatio-temporal distribution.The researches on emergency network public opinions in China mainly focus on the following three aspects,namely,the evolution and dissemination,monitoring and early warning,and guiding governance.We further sort out the relevant literature and propose the following areas for improvement of the existing research:There are fewer quantitative researches on the evolutionary and dissemination of emergency network public opinion;There are fewer studies on the dynamic real-time monitoring and prevention control of online public opinion risks in emergencies;No network public opinion governance system based on realistic scenarios has been constructed.Therefore,future research should be strengthened in the paradigm shift of research on online public opinion on emergencies,the dynamic monitoring of online public opinion risks,and the guidance and governance of public opinion from the perspective of interdisciplinary research.
