摘  要:以山东某化工企业可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)生产线有机废气治理为例,针对EPS生产过程产生的苯乙烯、甲苯、戊烷等VOCs废气,采用“三级干式过滤+固定床吸附脱附+燃烧”组合净化工艺进行治理,其中固定床内的吸附材料采用公司自主研发的活性炭纤维。经活性炭纤维吸附后尾气VOCs排放质量浓度低于20 mg/m^(3),颗粒物排放质量浓度低于10 mg/m^(3),远低于DB 372801.6—2018和GB 16297—1996中的排放限值。实践证明,活性炭纤维应用于苯乙烯废气治理技术可行。装置运行稳定,与传统蜂窝活性炭相比,活性炭纤维具有去除VOCs效率高、吸附脱附速率快、阻燃性高等优点,同等工况下的材料更换周期比蜂窝活性炭更长,运行成本比用蜂窝活性炭更低。Taking the treatment of organic waste gas generated by EPS production line of a chemical enterprise in Shandong Province as an example,the“three-stage dry filtration+fixed bed adsorption desorption+combustion combined purification process”is adopted to treat VOCs waste gas generated by EPS production,such as styrene,toluene,pentane,etc.The adsorption material in the fixed bed is activated carbon fiber independently developed and produced by the company.After being adsorbed by activated carbon fiber,the emission concentration of VOCs in the tail gas is lower than 20 mg/m^(3),and the emission concentration of particulate matter is lower than 10 mg/m^(3),which is far lower than the emission limits in the Emission Standard of DB 372801.6—2018 and GB 16297—1996.Practice has proved that the application of activated carbon fiber in styrene waste gas treatment technology is feasible,and the device operates stably.Compared with traditional honeycomb activated carbon,activated carbon fiber has the advantages of high VOCs removal efficiency,fast adsorption and desorption rate,and high flame retardancy.Under the same working conditions,the material replacement cycle is longer than that of honeycomb activated carbon,and the operating cost is lower than that of honeycomb activated carbon.
