摘 要:为助力“双碳”目标的实现,能源电力企业向着绿色低碳方向转型,对煤电机组进行节能提效改造已成为国家在能源电力领域的重要举措。以某330MW亚临界直接空冷燃煤机组为例,在保障机组安全稳定运行的前提下,以投资小、收益大为原则,根据机组的运行现状提出采用先进的汽轮机AIBT通流改造技术、空冷增容改造技术和抽真空系统改造技术对机组实施改造,将机组通流改造和冷端增容改造结合起来进行通流边界参数的确定和末级叶片的优化选型,同时对抽真空系统进行改造,并按照《汽轮机性能试验规程》(ASME PTC6-2004)对汽轮机组进行了性能考核试验,对比分析改造前后的热经济性指标。结果表明2号机组改造后,机组实际运行工况性能指标得以明显提高,额定工况汽轮机热耗率下降至8096.47kJ/(kW·h)。负荷率加权至年平均负荷率下,机组供电煤耗率下降19.66 g/(kW·h),年可节约标煤2.998万t,可减少CO_(2)排放8.82万t,减少SO2排放0.27万t,减少NOx排放0.13万t,节能减排效果明显。该节能改造方案,一方面可实现机组的节能降耗,另一方面可有效解决直接空冷机组抽真空能力不足和冬季防冻问题。该亚临界直接空冷燃煤机组汽轮机节能提效改造技术可为缺水地区煤电机组安全节能改造提供借鉴和参考。In order to help achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the energy-saving and efficiency improvement of coal power units has become an important measure energy strategy in China.Based on a 330 MW subcritical direct air-cooling coal-fired unit,according to the operating status of the unit,advanced steam turbine AIBT flow improvement technology,air-cooled capacity improvement technology and vacuum extraction system improvement technology are proposed to implement the unit transformation with the principle of small investment and great return.The boundary parameters of the through flow and optimal selection of the last stage blades are determined by combining the through flow transformation of the unit with the cold end capacity increasing transformation.The performance assessment test of steam turbine unit is carried out in accordance with the Performance Test Code for Steam Turbines(ASME PTC6-2004)to compare the thermal economic indexes before and after the transformation.At the same time,the vacuum extraction system is reformed.The results show that the performance index of the unit under actual operating conditions can be significantly improved after the transformation of No.2 unit.The heat consumption rate of the turbine under rated working condition decreases to 8096.47 kJ/(kW·h).When the load rate is weighted to the annual average load rate,the power supply coal consumption rate of the unit decreases by 19.66g/(kW·h).It can save 29,980 t of standard coal,88200 t of CO2emissions,2,700 t of SO2emissions,and 1300 t of NOxemissions.The effect of energy saving and emission reduction is significant.The energy saving renovation scheme can realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of the unit.Also,it can effectively solve the problems of insufficient vacuum capacity of the direct air cooling unit and anti-freezing in winter.The comprehensive energy saving technology of steam turbine of subcritical direct air-cooled coal-fired units can provide reference for the safety and energy saving tra
