摘  要:为改善电火花小孔加工效果,采用典型相关分析法分析相关性和利用灰色关联理论优化参数组合的方法,选取直径0.7 mm的黄铜电极丝对304不锈钢板进行打孔实验。基于正交试验数据,分析了不同参数组合与工艺指标之间的相关性,确定了放电脉冲、放电休止、电流峰值、基准电压和极间电容等参数与加工时间、电极损耗、孔径三个工艺指标之间的关系以及各工艺指标的权重。采用灰色关联度值表示综合质量评价标准,运用均值分析法确定了最佳工艺参数组合。结果表明:相较于优化前,电极损耗减少23.10%,加工时间缩短37.50%,孔径减小1.10%。The relationship between the combination of process parameters and multiple process indicators for EDM micro-hole machining is proposed to analyze the correlation using typical correlation analysis and optimize the combination of parameters using grey relational theory. In this paper,a 0.7 mm diameter brass electrode wire was used for drilling experiments on a 304 stainless steel plate,and an orthogonal test table was designed to analyze the relationship between different parameter combinations and three process indexes,namely processing time,electrode loss and hole size,using typical correlation analysis. The significance relationships between the electrical parameters discharge pulse,discharge rest,peak current,reference voltage and inter-pole capacitance and each process index were determined,and the grey correlation coefficients of the three process indexes and the grey correlation degrees of each parameter combination were calculated using grey correlation theory.
