摘  要:非晶合金复合材料兼具非晶合金和传统金属的特点,工程应用前景广阔,这类材料属于难加工材料,实现其零件的加工对工程应用具有重要意义。以两种非晶合金复合材料为研究对象开展电火花线切割单因素实验,研究脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、脉冲波形和功率管数对加工效果的影响,并针对工艺规律进行研究分析,以获得较好的切割效率和表面质量。此外,针对电火花线切割加工不同合金元素的电火花蚀除行为开展研究,发现母材中的Cu元素更容易被蚀除,而Ti、Zr元素相对难蚀除。Bulk metallic glass composites(BMGCs) have both the characteristics inheriting from amorphous and conventional alloys,and have broad engineering application prospects. However,BMGCs are a class of materials difficult-to-cut,and it is crucial to develop the advanced manufacturing technology for BMGCs. In this article,the wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM) performance of two BMGCs were investigated based on single factor experiments,including pulse width,pulse interval,pulse waveform and power tube number,and the process law was studied and analyzed to obtain better cutting efficiency and surface quality. In addition,the changes of the parent elements were studied to reveal the etching behavior during the WEDM of BMGCs. It is found that the parent element copper is more easily eroded during WEDM process,while the remove of element titanium and zirconium are more difficult.
