金融素养影响农村家庭债务杠杆吗?——来自2019年CHFS的经验证据

摘　　要：我国农村家庭债务问题有其独特性,基于2019年CHFS的数据,采用Tobit模型实证检验金融素养对农村家庭债务杠杆的影响效应及其异质性影响。研究发现:金融素养可以显著降低农村家庭债务杠杆;从债务杠杆结构来看,非正规借贷债务杠杆较高是金融素养较低的农村家庭债务杠杆攀升的主要原因;从农村家庭职业分化视角来看,金融素养显著降低了兼业型和纯非农业型家庭的债务杠杆;从农村家庭收入分化视角来看,金融素养对高收入家庭的债务杠杆有显著的缓释作用;此外,提高农村家庭社会互动强度可能成为降低债务杠杆的有效手段。认识和理解农村家庭债务杠杆结构特征,为有关部门防范和化解家庭债务风险,有助于维护金融稳定。Based on the data of CHFS in 2019, this paper uses the Tobit model to examine the effect of financial literacy on the leverage ratio of rural household debt and its heterogeneity. The paper found that:improving financial literacy can significantly reduce the leverage of rural household debt;Further, from the perspective of debt leverage structure, the higher leverage of informal borrowing debt is the main reason for the increase in debt leverage of rural households with low financial literacy;From the perspective of rural household occupational differentiation, financial literacy significantly reduces the debt leverage of part-time and pure non-agricultural households;From the perspective of rural household income differentiation,financial literacy has a significant impact in alleviating the debt leverage of high-income households;In addition, increasing the level of social interaction among rural households may be an effective means of reducing debt leverage. This paper provides new empirical evidence for understanding the characteristics of rural household debt leverage structure, and also provides a decision-making reference for relevant departments to prevent and resolve household debt risks and maintain financial stability.
