摘 要:建立了一种离子色谱法分离分析丁二酸、戊二酸和己二酸3种有机二元酸的检测方法。以H2SO4为流动相,自动进样器进样,待测样品经有机酸分离柱分离,抑制电导检测。试验了流动相组分的配比及淋洗速度对分离效果的影响,发现在流动相为0.1 mmol/L H2SO4,淋洗液流速为0.7 mL/min的条件下,该方法线性相关性好(R>0.999 2),灵敏度高,检出限在0.14~0.23 mg/L范围内,精密度好(RSD<2.2%)。将该方法应用于己二酸生产过程中二元有机酸含量的测定,发现3种组分在19 min内全部出峰,分离效果良好,结果准确可靠。A method is developed for the separation and analysis of butanedioic acid, glutaric acid and adipic acid by ion chromatography.H2SO4is used as the mobile phase and the samples are injected by an automatic sampler.The samples to be tested are separated by an organic acid separation column to inhibit conductance detection.The effects of the proportion of mobile phase components and the leaching rate on the separation efficiency are tested.It is found that the method enjoys good linear correlation(R>0.999 2),good precision(RSDS<2.2%)and high sensitivity witha detection range of 0.14~0.23 mg/L when the mobile phase is 0.1mmol/L H2SO4and the flow rate of eluent is 0.7 mL/min..The method is applied to determine binary organic acids in adipic acid production, showing that all three components peaked within 19 minutes, showing good separation effect and accurate and reliable results.
