后冬奥时期我国冰雪运动的发展策略研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对我国冰雪运动的发展现状进行调查与分析,研究发现,后冬奥时期我国冰雪运动利好政策持续增加、冰雪运动参与人数不断增多、冰雪运动产业规模不断扩大。从多维度分析现阶段制约我国冰雪运动发展的影响因素,发现存在政策层面着陆力度不够、项目人才储备不足、缺乏冰雪运动意识、基础建设发展不平衡、区域环境发展失衡的问题。基于此,有针对性地提出我国冰雪运动的发展策略:创新体制机制,形成可持续发展模式;培养复合型人才,增加冰雪运动人才储备;提高大众冰雪意识,激励参与冰雪运动;平衡各地区基础投入,加快场地设施建设;推动冰雪运动进校园,加强冰雪体育赛事组织。Using literature,logical analysis and other research methods to investigate and analyze the development status of ice and snow sports in China,it is found that the favorable policies of ice and snow sports in China continue to increase,the number of participants in ice and snow sports continues to increase,and the scale of ice and snow sports industry continues to expand in the post-Winter Olympics period.From the multi-dimensional analysis of the influencing factors restricting the development of ice and snow sports in China at this stage,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient landing efforts at the policy level,insufficient project talent reserve,lack of awareness of ice and snow sports,unbalanced infrastructure development,and unbalanced regional environmental development.Based on this,the development strategy of ice and snow sports in China is put forward in a targeted manner:innovate the system and mechanism to form a sustainable development model;Cultivate compound talents and increase the talent reserve of ice and snow sports;Raise public awareness of ice and snow and stimulate participation in ice and snow sports;Balance the basic investment of various regions and accelerate the construction of site facilities;Promote ice and snow sports into schools and strengthen ice and snow sports events.
