摘 要:针对在模锻锤设备上难以实现精锻的关键与共性技术难题,提出了锻件精度预测与确定的基本原则,研发了优化和控制凸轮轴锻模结构与尺寸、金属冷却收缩率、始锻温度、终锻温度、热切边温度与热校正温度、锤击次数以及“锻造(滚挤制坯、终锻)→热切边→热校正”操作时间等多维度、多层级、多变量集成的精锻技术,将凸轮轴模锻件合格率由普通级96%提高到精密级98%以上,具有应用方面的有效性和广泛性。In view of the key and common technical problems that it was difficult to achieve precision forging on die forging hammer equipment,the basic principles of prediction and determination of forging precision were put forward.And a new method of multi-dimensional,multi-level and multi-variable integrated precision forging technology was developed which optimized and accurately controlled the structure and dimensions of camshaft forging die,the metal cooling shrinkage,the initial forging temperature and final forging temperature,hot trimming temperature and thermal correction temperature,the number of hammer strokes and operation time of"forging(rolling extrusion,final forging)→hot trimming→thermal correction",etc.The qualified product rate of camshaft forging could be greatly increased from 96%of non-precision grade to more than 98%of precision grade,which had the application effectiveness and universality.
