摘 要:密封橡胶在基础制动装置中起重要作用,延长其使用寿命对轨道车辆运用维护工作有积极意义,同时可降低检修成本。研制的ZD21-06橡胶配方是一种适用于铁路机车车辆和城轨车辆基础制动装置密封橡胶件的长寿命橡胶材料配方。该配方的研制目标是将密封橡胶件的使用寿命由现行的6年提高至12年。橡胶配方研制过程包括胶料配制筛选和使用寿命评估2个阶段,针对使用寿命评估阶段,介绍耐热老化寿命评估和耐疲劳寿命试验评估2部分内容。寿命评估结果表明:使用该橡胶配方的基础制动装置密封橡胶件的耐热老化使用年限可以达到12年;耐疲劳次数超过200万次,达成了使用寿命设计目标,并且具有较大的疲劳寿命潜力和安全余量。Sealing rubber plays an important role in the basic brake equipments,extending their service life will significantly reduce maintenance workload and cost.The newly developed ZD21-06 rubber formula is a long-life rubber material formula generally suitable for sealing rubber parts of railway locomotive and vehicle and urban rail vehicles foundation brake equipments.The development goal of the formula was to increase the service life of the current sealing rubber parts from the current 6 years to 12 years.The rubber formulation development process included two stages:First stage was rubber preparation and test screening,the second stage was service life evaluation.In this paper,calculation of aging life and fatigue resistance test were introduced.The service life evaluation results show that the new rubber formula sealing rubber brake equipments aging resistant service life can reach 12 years,with fatigue resistance more than 2 million times,achieved the service life of 12 years and with great fatigue life potential.
