缩泉丸加味治疗老年肾阳虚型多涕症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的以鼻用糖皮质激素为对照组,研究中药缩泉丸加味治疗老年多涕症患者肾阳虚型的临床疗效。方法多中心随机研究,分为缩泉丸(治疗)组55人与布地奈德鼻喷剂(对照)组55人,疗程为4周。结果疗程结束后缩泉丸组总有效率为93%。布地奈德鼻喷剂组总有效率为71%,经统计学分析表明,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。180d后随访缩泉丸组总有效率87%,布地奈德鼻喷剂组总有效率42%,经统计学分析表明,两组远期疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩泉丸加味对老年多涕症肾阳虚型患者鼻流清涕不止、畏寒肢冷,腰膝酸软,小便清长,夜尿频多等症状均有改善作用,是治疗老年多涕症肾阳虚型患者的有效方剂,值得临床进一步研究及推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Suoquan Pill in treating senile snot overdose syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency type,and nasal glucocorticoids was used as a control group.Methods A multi-center randomized study was divided into 55 people in the Suoquan Pill(treatment)group and 55 people in the budesonide nasal spray(control)group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of Suoquan Pill group was 93%.The total effective rate of the budesonide nasal spray group was 71%,and statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 180 days,the total effective rate of the follow-up Suoquan Pill group was 87%,and the total effective rate of the budesonide nasal spray group was 42%.According to statistical analysis,the difference in long-term efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Suoquan Pills can improve the symptoms of nasal runny nose,chills and cold limbs,sore waist and knees,clear and long urine,frequent urination at night in elderly patients with snot overdose syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency type.This effective prescription is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
