摘　　要：目的介绍使用支撑喉镜联合硬质支气管内镜手术治疗喉部良性病变的方法及疗效。方法对20例在支撑喉镜手术中出现喉部病变暴露困难的患者,其中11例声带息肉,4例声带小结,2例声带囊肿,2例喉乳头状瘤,1例声门下血管球瘤。使用支撑喉镜联合硬质支气管内镜的手术方法,完整切除喉部病变。结果所有患者术后行电子喉镜检查,随访1年均治愈。结论使用支撑喉镜联合硬质支气管内镜手术治疗喉部良性病变,病变部位显露好,切除病变彻底,方法可靠,效果满意。Objective To observe the method and effect of laryngoscope combined with rigid bronchoscope in the treatment of benign laryngeal lesions.Methods 20 cases of laryngeal diseases,including 11 cases of vocal polyps,4 cases of vocal cord nodules,2cases of vocal cord cysts,2 cases of laryngeal papilloma,and 1 case of subglottal angioloma.All patients were treated with laryngoscopy combined with rigid fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Results All patients underwent electronic nasolaryngoscopy examination after the operation,and found that the mucosa of the laryngeal surgery wound was smooth,recovered well,and Pronunciation is normal.No recurrence was found after 1 years of follow-up.Conclusion Application of laryngoscope combined with rigid bronchoscope in the treatment of laryngeal lesions,good exposure of lesions,complete resection of lesions,reliable method,satisfactory results.
