北京市某三甲医院发热门诊新冠疫情常态化防控下医疗应急管理体系探索实践

摘　　要：随着新冠肺炎疫情防控的常态化,北京市某三甲医院发热门诊承担着尚未排除新冠肺炎疑似患者的医疗救治,该区域医务人员采取全院各临床科室动态的方式进行支援,保障医疗护理质量安全至关重要。医院通过开展应急设置、应急医疗管理与培训、应急感染防控、应急资源管理等一系列举措,并在具体实践过程中不断调整,实现了医院发热门诊无院内感染、无医务人员感染,医疗工作安全平稳运转,医疗救护能力显著提高的成效。With the normalization of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic,the fever outpatient department of a gradeⅢa hospital in Beijing undertakes the medical treatment of suspected patients with COVID-19 that have not been excluded.The medical staff in this area provide support in a dynamic manner in all clinical departments of the hospital,which is crucial to ensure the quality and safety of medical care.By carrying out a series of measures such as emergency setting,emergency medical management and training,emergency infection prevention and control,emergency resource management,and constantly adjusting in the specific process of practice,the hospital has achieved the effect of no hospital infection and no medical staff infection in the fever clinic,safe and stable operation of medical work,and significant improvement of medical rescue ability.
