近25年穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展

摘　　要：穴位埋线的理论精髓是“深纳而久留之”,其技术从20世纪60年代发展至今,技术内涵源远流长。本文对近25年来的相关文献进行了统计,总结了穴位埋线对变应性鼻炎的7个发展过程:一是穴位埋线的早期应用,二是穴位埋线的单独治疗,三是穴位埋线的辨证/分组治疗,四是穴位埋线的透穴治疗,五是穴位埋线的联合治疗,六是穴位埋线的动物实验,七是穴位埋线的快速发展。The theoretical essence of acupoint catgut embedding is“deep absorption and long stay”.Its technology has been developing since 1960s,and its connotation has been pushed further and further.Based on the statistics of relevant literature in recent 25 years,this paper summarizes the seven development processes of acupoint catgut embedding on allergic rhinitis:the first is the early application of acupoint catgut embedding,the second is the separate treatment of acupoint catgut embedding,the third is the syndrome differentiation/grouping treatment of acupoint catgut embedding,the fourth is the acupoint penetration treatment of acupoint catgut embedding,the fifth is the combined treatment of acupoint catgut embedding,and the sixth is the animal experiment of acupoint catgut embedding,Seventh,the rapid development of acupoint catgut embedding.
