摘 要:目的设计与应用新生儿喂养闭环管理系统,并验证其价值。方法通过移动护理设备采集和核对数据,将传统的配奶、喂养执行向床旁护理延伸,构建一个以喂养类医嘱为中心的新生儿喂养闭环管理系统。采用t检验比较新生儿喂养闭环管理信息化前后的每天合计时间差异。结果新生儿喂养闭环管理信息化后每天合计时间48 min,明显少于信息前900 min,差异具有统计学意义(t=301.31,P<0.001)。结论新生儿喂养闭环管理不仅能够提高护士的工作效率、实现新生儿喂养医嘱执行可追溯和闭环,而且提高了新生儿喂养的安全性。Objective To develop and apply a closed-loop management system for neonatal feeding and to verify its value.Methods A closed-loop neonatal feeding management system centered on feeding-type medical advice was constructed by extending traditional milk dispensing and feeding execution to bedside care through data collection and verification by mobile care devices.The t-test was used to compare daily and timely check differences before and after closed-loop management of neonatal feeding.Results The total daily time after neonatal feeding closed-loop management informatization was 48 min,significantly less than 900 min before the information,and the difference was statistically significant for(t=301.31,P<0.001).Conclusion The closed-loop management of neonatal feeding can improve the efficiency of nurses,achieve traceability and closed-loop implementation of neonatal feeding orders,and improve the safety of neonatal feeding.
