乡村振兴视域下民族特色村寨的价值分析与建设路径——基于鄂西南民族地区的考察

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手。民族特色村寨建设是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容。乡村振兴视域下民族特色村寨价值不仅体现一般的历史文化价值,更体现了重要的历史价值、文化价值、经济价值、科学价值。地方立法不足,乡村过疏化,村寨传统文化解构,成为影响恩施州民族特色村寨建设的主要因素。通过完善立法内容,增强村寨经济活力,重塑村寨文化,或许是促进民族特色村寨建设,实现民族乡村振兴的可行路径。The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a new historical orientation for China’s development. Moreover,rural revitalization is a new concept of rural development in this new era. However,there is a serious problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in in the countryside of China. The solution to this problem in a way that takes into consideration the reality of ethnic rural areas together with an indepth construction of ethnic characteristic villages,are deemed of great practical significance for A)promoting the implementation of a revitalization strategy of rural villages,B) enhancing the harmony and stability of ethnic minority areas,and C)sustainable development of ethnic villages.Based on an initial ethnic survey of 6 representative villages in ethnic minority areas in southwest Hubei province,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 150 subjects from 2015 to 2021through questionnaires,face-to-face structured and unstructured in-depth interviews,participatory experience,and observation. The survey mainly adopts the method of chance sampling and snowball to investigate the value embodiment of ethnic villages and the influencing factors of village construction from the perspective of rural revitalization.A village with ethnic characteristics can be defined as a local community made up of ethnic groups,which not only includes people’s survival and production activities,local social life,cultural life,and spiritual life,but also economic life. In other words,it is a comprehensive expression of a local value system. The new era of China is understood as a critical period and turning point for the construction of ethnic villages. From the perspective of rural revitalization,the value of ethnic villages not only reflects general historical and cultural value but also reflects their significant historical,cultural,economic,and scientific value.The main factors affecting the construction of ethnic villages in Enshi prefecture seemed to be as follows: first,a lack of local legislation which
