摘 要:醋酸乙烯(VAc)是一种重要的化工原料,在涂料、黏合剂、浆料、维纶、薄膜、皮革加工和制药等多个领域有着广泛的应用.文章主要对VAc的合成工艺进展进行了综述和讨论.目前,国内外主要的合成路线为乙烯法和乙炔法.其中,乙烯法相对清洁,但具有催化剂成本过高和易失活的缺点.我国电石资源丰富,因此乙炔法更适合我国国情,但也存在爆炸安全隐患和催化剂活性低等缺点.Vinyl acetate(VAc) is an important chemical raw material and widely used in coatings, adhesives, sizing, vinylon, film, leather processing, pharmaceutical and other fields. In this paper, the research progress on the synthetic routes of VAc is reviewed and discussed. At present, the main route at home and abroad is ethylene process and acetylene process. Ethylene process is relatively clean, but the catalyst of which is too expensive and easy to deactivate. In spite of the safety risks of explosion and the low catalytic efficiency of the acetylene process, it is still more suitable for China because of the abundant reserves of calcium carbide.
