摘  要:龙脑作为松节油深加工的下游产品,被广泛应用于医药、香精香料和日用化学品,但天然龙脑资源有限,而合成龙脑目前存在产率不高、产品品质低以及皂化反应污染环境等问题.文章综述了龙脑的合成方法及用途,并对目前工业上最广泛采用的酯化-皂化法催化剂进行了系统的总结.为了提高合成龙脑的产率,降低具有一定副作用的异构体异龙脑含量,国内外研究人员从酯化过程中所用的催化剂着手,展开了广泛而深入的研究.催化剂主要选用含硼类、钛类、硼钛复合类、固体超强酸类及离子液体等.As a downstream product of turpentine that has deep processed, borneol is widely used in medicine, flavors and fragrances, daily chemicals. However, natural borneol resources are limited. At present, synthetic borneol has some disadvantages such as low yield, low product quality, and environmental pollution. In this paper, the synthesis methods and applications of borneol are reviewed.Furthermore, esterification-saponification method that is widely used in the industry and its catalysts are systematically summarized.In order to improve the yield of synthetic borneol and reduce the isoborneol content of isomers with certain side effects, extensive and in-depth research has been carried out on the catalysts used in the esterification process. The catalysts are mainly boron-containing, titanium-containing, boron-containing titanium composites, solid superacids, and ionic liquids, etc.
