摘  要:采用水热法合成了细晶粒氢氧化锆,并以其为基元制备了高比表面积Pt/SO42--ZrO2催化剂,通过氧化铝改性进一步提高了Pt/SO42--ZrO2的酸性和热稳定性,开发出高活性、高选择性、高稳定性并具有优异再生性能的固体超强酸C5/C6异构化催化剂RISO-C,并将其应用于国内首套固体超强酸C5/C6异构化工业装置上。工业应用结果表明,以催化重整拔头油为原料,在反应器入口温度为170℃、气液分离罐压力为1.5 MPa、原料质量空速为1.26 h^(-1)、氢/油摩尔比为1.95的反应条件下,RISO-C催化剂具有优异的异构化活性和稳定性,C5异构化率高于70%,C6异构化率高于85%,异构化稳定汽油的研究法辛烷值(RON)达到85,应用前景良好。Ultra fine zirconia was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method and used as building blocks for preparing Pt/SO_(4)^(2)--ZrO_(2) catalyst with high specific surface area.The acidity and thermal stability of Pt/SO_(4)^(2)--ZrO_(2) was further enhanced by introducing alumina as modifier.The solid superacid isomerization catalyst RISO-C with high activity,high selectivity,high stability and excellent regeneration performance was developed and applied in the first C_(5)/C_(6) isomerizaiton unit of solid superacid in China.The results of industrial application showed that using topped oil of reformer as feed,under the reaction conditions of inlet reactor temperature of 170℃,gas-liquid separator pressure of1.5MPa,mass space velocity of 1.26h-1and H2/oil molar ratio of 1.95,RISO-C catalyst had excellent activity and stability.The isomerization rate of C5was higher than 70%,and the isomerization rate of C6was higher than 85%,the research octane number of stabilized gasoline reached 85,and its application prospect was good.
