摘　　要：[目的/意义]在百年变局的背景下,世界各国政治、经济和社会都在发生新的演变。这些新的变化需要中国学者重新发现。[方法/过程]本文以2022年秋季深度调研俄罗斯21个城市的经历为例,讲述当下中国智库“走出去”的重大现实意义,提出中国智库“走出去”的未来建议。[结果/结论]本文认为,中国智库“走出去”至少在建构中国自主知识体系、向人类文明演进贡献中国智慧和为民族复兴创造良好外部环境等三个方面具有重要的现实意义。中国智库学者应当克服恐惧、克服慵懒、克服桎梏,为加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学、推动中外合作与相互认知做出更大贡献。[Purpose/significance]Under the background of century-old changes,the politics,economy and society of all countries in the world are undergoing new evolution.These new changes need to be rediscovered by Chinese scholars.[Method/process]This paper takes the experience of in-depth investigation of 21 cities in Russia in the autumn of 2022 as an example,describes the great practical significance of the current Chinese think tanks“going global”,and puts forward suggestions for the“going global”of Chinese think tanks.[Result/conclusion]This paper believes that the“going out”of Chinese think tanks has at least three important practical significance for the construction of China’s independent knowledge system,the contribution of Chinese wisdom to the evolution of human civilization,and the creation of a good external environment for national rejuvenation.Chinese think tank scholars should overcome fear,laziness,and shackles,and make greater contributions to accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and promoting Sino-foreign cooperation and mutual understanding.
