环境规制、贸易开放与城市绿色发展——以2010—2019年皖江经济带9个城市为例

摘　　要：基于非线性模型和共轭驱动效应,分析2010—2019年皖江经济带9个城市中环境规制、贸易开放对绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:贸易开放与区域绿色全要素生产率呈现先负后正的“U型”关系,环境规制与绿色全要素生产率之间存在倒“U型”影响;贸易开放下合理提升环境规制强度对绿色全要素生产率增长的影响由抑制转为促进效应;皖江经济带中,合肥、芜湖、滁州的环境规制和贸易开放处于共轭驱动状态。根据实证结果,为深入区域经济协调发展、推进贸易强国和生态文明建设提出政策建议。Based on the nonlinear model and the conjugate effect,this paper systematically investigates the impact of environmental regulation and trade openness on urban green development efficiency in nine cities of Wanjiang Economic Belt from2010 to 2019.The results indicat that:First of all,the relationship between trade openness and urban green development efficiency presents a"U-shaped"relationship from negative to positive.At the same time,there is a significant inverted"U-shaped"relationship between environmental regulation and urban green development efficiency.Secondly,the implementation of reasonable stricter environmental regulation can reduce the loss of trade opening on urban green development efficiency.Then,effectively improve the efficiency of urban green development,which is still valid after the robustness test.Moreover,from the perspective of the Conjugate effect,the environmental regulation and trade opening of Hefei,Wuhu and Chuzhou are in a conjugate state in the Wanjiang Economic Belt,but other cities have not been in a positive interaction relationship of coordinated development.According to the empirical results,policy suggestions are put forward for the coordinated development of regional economy and promoting the trade power and ecological civilization construction in China.
