腰骶、腹“汉堡式”机械灸对女大学生寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸仪(腰骶、腹“汉堡式”机械灸)和布洛芬对女大学生寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经疗效的影响。方法:将99例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为艾灸仪组(48例)与布洛芬组(51例)。艾灸仪组用往复灸床和回旋灸仪同时在仰卧位患者的腰骶和腹部进行“汉堡式”机械灸。布洛芬组服用布洛芬胶囊。两组均于月经来潮前开始治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者治疗前后和随访时的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、COX痛经症状量表(the cox menstrual symptom scale,CMSS)评分及两组的临床疗效,评估腰骶、腹“汉堡式”机械灸对女大学生寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS评分、CMSS评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。回访中,艾灸仪组在VAS评分、CMSS评分、复发率方面均优于布洛芬组(P<0.05)。结论:腰骶、腹“汉堡式”机械灸对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经症状有较好的改善作用。Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion instrument(lumbosacral and abdominal “hamburgerstyle”mechanical moxibustion)and ibuprofen on female college students′ primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods:99 patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into moxibustion instrument group(48 cases)and ibuprofen group(51 cases).In the moxibustion instrument group,the repeated moxibustion bed and the revolving moxibustion instrument were used to perform“hamburgerstyle”mechanical moxibustion on the lumbosacral and abdomen of patients in supine position while the ibuprofen group received ibuprofen capsules.Both groups began treatment before menstruation and continued treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the cox menstrual symptom scale(CMSS)score and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment and during follow-up.And the curative effect of lumbosacral and abdominal“hamburger-style”mechanical moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis in female college students was evaluated.Results:VAS score and CMSS score of two groups after treatment were better than before treatment(P <0.05).In the follow-up visit,the moxibustion instrument group was superior to the ibuprofen group in VAS score,CMSS score and recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lumbosacral and abdominal “hamburger-style”mechanical moxibustion can improve the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.
