远端取穴针刺治疗腹部术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究远端取穴针刺治疗对于腹部术后胃肠功能紊乱的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的70例患者随机分为针刺组和对照组。对照组采取常规综合治疗,包括胃肠减压、营养支持、促胃动力等。针刺组在对照组基础上加用针刺治疗,以远端取穴为主。结果:针刺组与对照组平均拔除胃管时间、平均首次排气时间、平均首次排便时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后针刺组胃瘫主要症状指数量表(GCSI)评分,胃肠道症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。两组治疗前后无严重不良反应发生。结论:远端取穴针刺疗法可加快腹部术后患者的胃肠功能恢复,改善患者症状。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture at distal ends of four limb for gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery.Methods:70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a control group.The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive treatment,including gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,and gastric motivation.In the acupuncture group,acupuncture was added to the treatment method of the control group,and acupuncture points were mainly taken distally.Results:The mean time to removal of gastric tube,the mean time to first defecation,and the mean time to first bowel movement were significantly different(P<0.05)between the accupuncture group and the control group.The GCSI score and the gastrointestinal symptom score of in the acupuncture group after treatment were both significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05),with statistically significant differences.No serious adverse reactions occurred before and after treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture at distal ends of four limbs can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the symptoms of patients after abdominal surgery.
