邵念方教授论治痰浊蒙窍型痴呆经验及其组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承计算平台软件,挖掘邵念方教授治疗痰浊蒙窍型痴呆的用药规律。方法:搜集邵念方教授治疗痰浊蒙窍型老年期痴呆的门诊病例,建立数据库,确定药物的四气、五味、归经及药物频次和用量,采用中医传承计算平台V3.0软件,分析方剂中的组方用药规律,总结邵念方教授治疗痰浊蒙窍型痴呆的用药经验。结果:邵念方教授治疗痰浊蒙窍型痴呆病139首处方中高频中药有石菖蒲、茯苓、远志、人参、白术等,分析出常用配伍药对,核心药物组合45组,关联规则8条,得出新方8个。结论:邵念方教授治疗痰浊蒙窍型痴呆治法为祛痰开窍、补肺健脾、交通心肾。Objective:Based on the software of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform, professor Shao Nianfang’s medication experience in the treatment of phlegm-turbid dementia was explored.Methods:The outpatient cases of Professor Shao Nianfang for the treatment of phlegm-turbid senile dementia were collected, establish a database, determine the four gas, five tastes, channel tropism, and drug frequency and dosage, The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform V3.0 was used to analyze the prescription medication rules, generalize professor Shao Nianfang treatment of phlegm-turbid dementia medication experience.Results:Professor Shao Nianfang treated 139 cases of dementia disease high-frequency Chinese medicine: Acorus gramineus soland, Poria cocos, Polygala root, Ginseng, Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, etc.analyzed the commonly used compatibility drug pairs, core drug combination 45 groups, 8 related rules, and 8 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Professor Shao Nianfang’s treatment of phlegm-turbid dementia treatment method: dispel phlegm open body, fill the lung and spleen, and traffic the heart and kidneys.
