彭清华教授治疗干眼用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:系统分析彭清华教授治疗干眼的用药特色。方法:将彭清华教授2014年6月-2021年6月诊治干眼的有效处方209份录入古今医案云平台(V2.3),借助平台进行中药频次分析、关联规则和聚类分析。结果:共获得柴胡、茯苓、甘草、枸杞子、玄参等频次≥40的高频药物16味,用药以寒性、甘味为主,归经以肝经为要,功效分类以补益药为多。关联规则获得11个核心药组,聚类分析得到3个聚类方。结论:彭清华教授治疗干眼以疏肝清热、滋补肝肾、健脾益气为主要治法,常用复方密蒙花方、玄麦地黄汤、丹栀逍遥散等加减。Objective:To systematically analyze the medicine characteristics of Professor Peng Qinghua’s treatment of dry eye.Methods:209 effective prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye by Professor Peng Qinghua from June 2014 to June 2021 were entered into the ancient and modern medical record cloud(V2.3),and the frequency analysis, association rules and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine were carried out with the help of the platform.Results:16 high-frequency drugs with frequency 40 such as Bupleurum chinense,Poria cocos,Licorice,Wolfberry,Scrophularia were obtained.The medications were mainly cold and sweet, the meridian was mainly based on the liver meridian, and the efficacy classification was based on tonic drugs.many.Theassociationrules obtained 11 coredruggroups, and the cluster analysis obtained 3 clustering formulas.Conclusion:Professor Peng Qinghua’s treatment of dry eye is based on Soothing the liver, clearing away heat, nourishing the liver and kidney, invigorating the spleen and Qi, and commonly used compound Mimenghua Recipe, Danzhi Xiaoyao San, Xuanmai Dihuang decoction and other prescriptions.
