摘　　要：“筋骨并重”是治疗骨伤疾病的四大原则之一,历代医家对筋骨关系的认识一直很重视,中医的“筋骨并重”理念在现代脊柱微创外科技术中得到很好的体现,两者均同时体现出整体观和微创观。脊柱微创技术发展迅速,治疗的疾病几乎扩展到所有脊柱疾病,取得较好的临床疗效,今后也会得到更好的发展,应继承中医骨伤传统优势,因地制宜、因人制宜,使脊柱微创技术更好地服务大众。“Equal emphasis on muscles and bones” one of the four principles in treatment of fractures, that generations of physicians understanding of bones and muscles relationship has been very seriously, the concept of modern minimally invasive spine surgery techniques and “equal emphasis on muscles and bones” concept is unified, attach importance to both the physique and modern spine minimally invasive surgical techniques reflect the overall view and the concept of minimally invasive concept.Spine of minimally invasive technology is developing rapidly, treatment of disease spread to almost all of the spine disease, have achieved good clinical effect, in the future will get better development, we should adjust measures to local conditions, they intend to choose operation method, giving full play to the advantages of minimally invasive technique of the spine to the greatest extent.
