新安医家治疗耳鸣耳聋的学术特色与治疗经验

摘　　要：新安医学是中医学中具有浓郁地域特色的学术派别,源于古徽州地区,源远流长,医家医著众多。新安医家基于前人研究基础上,对耳鸣耳聋诊疗有所发挥,积累了大量的经典有效医案。学习新安医家徐春甫、汪机、汪昂、吴崑、吴谦、孙一奎医案,总结新安医家对耳鸣耳聋病因病机、治疗法则、选方用药的特色,以期为临床治疗耳鸣耳聋提供借鉴。Xin’an medicine is an academic school with strong regional characteristics in traditional Chinese medicine.It originated in ancient Huizhou area and has a long history.There are many doctors’ books.Based on previous studies, Xin’an doctors have played a role in the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus and deafness, and accumulated a large number of classic and effective medical cases.The author studied the medical cases of Xin’an physicians Xu Chunfu, Wang Ji, Wang Ang, Wu Kun, Wu Qian and Sun Yikui, and summarized the characteristics of Xin’an physicians on the etiology and pathogenesis of tinnitus and deafness, treatment rules, prescription selection and medication, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of tinnitus and deafness.
