摘　　要：龙虎交战针刺法历史悠长,是古代复式手法之一,通过手法操作能起到一补一泻的作用,以调和阴阳、疏通人体经络。此手法最早见于徐凤的《针灸大全·梓岐风谷飞经撮要金针赋》,后经历代医家不断总结和发展,取得了较好的治疗效果,涉及病种范围广泛,临床上尤善镇痛。梳理各代医家的见解、现代研究、选穴特点、个人经验等,综合分析龙虎交战法的历史进展及其研究现状,以窥金针一二,为临床应用和研究提供理论借鉴。Dragon and Tiger acupuncture has a long history and is one of the ancient multiple techniques.Through manipulation, it can play the role of reinforcing and reducing yin and yang and dredging the meridians of the human body.This technique was first seen in Xu Feng’s“complete collection of acupuncture and moxibustion”.After the continuous summary and development of substitute doctors, it has achieved better therapeutic effect, involving a wide range of diseases, and is especially good at analgesia in clinical practice.The historical progress and current research status of the dragon and tiger fighting method are comprehensively analyzed from the perspectives of different generations of doctors, modern research, characteristics of acupoint selection and personal experience, so as to provide theoretical reference for future clinical application and research.
