摘　　要：目的:了解某医学院校2019-2020学年在校的19191名大学生的体质健康水平,并提出相应对策。方法:对2019-2020学年在校的19191名大学生进行体质健康测试,测试项目包括肺活量、800米/1000米跑、50米跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、引体向上和一分钟仰卧起坐,使用excel对测试结果进行整理后,采用SPSSPRO进行在线统计分析。结果:2019-2020学年在校大学生的体质健康测试等级都集中分布在及格等级上,达到60.9%;肺活量、800米/1000米跑、50米跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、引体向上和一分钟仰卧起坐项目测试等级大部分为及格或不及格。结论:2019-2020学年在校大学生的体质健康水平欠佳,心肺功能有待提高,下肢力量和柔韧素质表现不佳,男生上肢力量薄弱,女生的腰腹力量有待提高。OBJECTIVE:The goal of the analysis is to understand the physical fitness level of 19191 college students in a medical college in the academic year 2019-2020,and to put forward corresponding measures.METHODS:19191 college students in the academic year 2019-2020 underwent physical fitness tests.The tests included vital capacity,800-meter/1000-meter run,50-meter run,standing long jump,sitting forward bend,pull-up,and one minute sit-up.The test results were sorted out with excel,and then SPSSPRO was used for online statistical analysis.RESULTS:The physical fitness test grades of college students in the academic year 2019-2020 are mainly Pass,reaching 60.9%;the grades of tests on vital capacity,800m/1000m run,50m run,standing long jump,sitting forward bend,pull-up and one minute sit-up are mostly Pass or Fail.CONCLUSION:The physical fitness level of college students in the academic year 2019-2020 is low.Their cardiopulmonary function needs improvement,and the strength and flexibility of their lower limbs are poor.The strength of upper limbs of male students are poor,and the waist and abdomen strength of female students need to be improved.
