摘 要:[目的]阐明接种技术对褐带卷蛾茧蜂(Bracon adoxophyesi Mimanikawa)繁育效果影响。[方法]以红脉穗螟预蛹为寄主,研究了温度、相对湿度、补充营养及接种密度对褐带卷蛾茧蜂产卵、孵化、化蛹、羽化及发育历期的影响。[结果](1)温度会影响褐带卷蛾茧蜂的产卵量,但对卵的孵化、化蛹及羽化率影响不显著。随温度降低,褐带卷蛾茧蜂发育历期延长,以18℃处理为例,卵期、幼虫期、蛹期及成虫期相比30℃处理分别延长53.46%、66.61%、40.14%和153.36%,总发育历期延长70.23%,均达到了显著差异水平。(2)湿度变化对褐带卷蛾茧蜂产卵量、孵化率、化蛹率均无显著影响,但会干扰成虫羽化,其中湿度为75%处理的羽化率最高,为81.99%,而最高湿度(95%)和最低湿度(55%)的羽化率均最小,且差异不显著,分别为68.35%和66.73%;随湿度降低,蛹期、成虫期和总发育历期均缩短。(3)补充10%蜂蜜水后,褐带卷蛾茧蜂产卵量显著增加,比对照提高61.04%,同时成虫期和总发育历期均显著延长。(4)接种密度对褐带卷蛾茧蜂卵孵化率、化蛹率、羽化率及各虫态发育历期均无显著影响,但可影响单雌产卵量,其中以接种4对和6对处理组的寄生蜂单雌产卵量最高,分别为44.67粒和44.33粒,而接种2对处理组仅27.33粒。(5)主成分分析结果表明,前3个主成分特征值均大于1,且累计方差贡献率达到76.67%。经综合得分排序,接蜂密度为4对处理组的综合评分最高为1.41,对褐帯卷蛾茧蜂的繁育更有利。[结论]控制褐带卷蛾茧蜂繁育过程中的关键因子,可影响其后代发育;从产卵、孵化、化蛹、羽化及发育历期等方面综合考虑,在本研究供试条件下,褐带卷蛾茧蜂的最佳繁育温度为21~30℃之间;相对湿度75%可作为该寄生蜂繁育的参考湿度;同时适当添加补充营养并控制接种密度均可对繁育效果造成影响。[Objective]The objective of the study was to clarify the effects of inoculation technology on reproductive activity of Bracon adoxophyesi mimanikawa.[Methods]The effects of temperature, relative humidity(R. H), supplementary nutrients and inoculation density on the oviposition, hatchability,pupation, eclosion and developmental rates of B. adoxophyesi were studied using Tirathaba rufivena pre-pupal as a host.[Results]The temperature affected the number of the eggs laid by B.adoxophyesi, but had no significant effect on the egg hatching, pupation and eclosion rates of the eggs. As the temperature decreased, the developmental duration prolonged. Taking 18 ℃ treatment as an example, the egg stage, larval stage, pupal stage and adult stage were prolonged by 53. 46%、66. 61%、40. 14% and153. 36%, respectively compared to the ones at 30 ℃ treatment, and the entire development duration was prolonged by 70. 23%,which was significantly different from the control.(2) Humidity variation had no significant effects on oviposition, hatching rate and pupation rate of B. adoxophyesi,but it disturbed adult eclosion significantly, and the highest eclosion rate of 81. 99% was found at 75% humidity treatment, while the highest and lowest humidity(95% and 55%) induced the lowest eclosion rate at 68. 35% and 66. 73% respectively and no significant difference was detected between them. As the humidity decreased, the duration of pupal stage, adult stage and entire development period were shortened.(3) After supplementing 10% honey water, the number of eggs laid by B. adoxophyesi significantly increased by 61. 04% compared to the control. Meanwhile, the adult duration and the total development period were significantly prolonged.(4) The inoculation density had no effects on the hatching rate, pupation and eclosion rate of B. adoxophyesi offspring, but it affected the number of eggs produced by individual female.
