摘　　要：讨论了一种新型旋转式刮板薄膜蒸发器在含氟光纤涂料制备中的应用,探讨了这种薄膜蒸发器对含氟光纤涂料预聚物合成中反应物提纯、预聚物处理的工艺改进及效果对比,确立了一种高效的工艺参数设置,验证了蒸发器在光纤涂料制备中使用的可行性。The application of a new type of rotary scraper film evaporator in the preparation of fluorinated optical fiber coatings was discussed,and the purification of the reactants in the synthesis of fluorinated optical fiber coatings prepolymer by this kind of film evaporator,the improvement of prepolymer treatment process and the comparison of the effect were discussed.The high-efficient process parameters set was established,the evaporator in the preparation of optical fiber coating feasibility was verified.
