摘　　要：通过设备交割前期验证策划,包括设备交割改造工艺策划、设备交割改造方向、设备交割改造验证方法和设备交割验证注意事项等,能快速识别交割设备存在问题,制定改造方案,最终实现工艺策划SOP目标。Throughtheequipment delivery prevalidation planning,including equipment delivery transformation process planning,eequipmentdeliverytransformation direction,equipment delivery transformation verification method and equipment delivery verification precautions,delivery equipment problems was quickly identified,transformation plan was developed,and finally the process planning SOP objectives were achieved.
