摘 要:海洋钢结构传统涂装存在高能耗、高污染、高治理成本等问题,通过总结海洋钢结构传统涂装现状,探究绿色涂装发展理念,将传统涂装和提质降本增效进行有机结合,对涂装生产阶段油漆涂料、设备设施、涂装工艺、生产管理进行分析,为推动“双碳”经济下海洋钢结构绿色涂装发展提供参考。There are problems in the traditional painting of offshore steel structure,such as high energy consumption,high pollution and high governance cost.The current situation of the traditional painting of offshore steel structure was summarized,the development concept of green painting was explored,and the traditional painting was organically combined with quality improvement,cost reduction and efficiency increase.The paint coating,equipment and facilities,painting process and production management in the painting production stage were analyzed,so as to provide a reference for promoting the development of green painting of offshore steel structure under the"double carbon"economy.
