摘 要:在桥梁连续刚构施工中,当遭遇施工现场地质条件恶劣、大型移动吊装机械不能施展的情况时,必须采用挂篮悬浇筑工艺。因挂篮式悬浇法的建造过程复杂,需要在建造过程中配备完善的安全应对措施。本文以潼江河特大桥(95+180+95)m连续刚构的挂篮悬浇筑为研究对象,分析其施工工艺流程,提出施工中所需的安全对策。实践证明,挂篮式悬浇法能很好地解决恶劣地质环境所带来的问题,并确保连续刚构成桥后的结构内力符合要求,安全对策有效地保障了施工作业的安全,可为相似工程建设提供实例参考。In the construction of continuous rigid frame bridge,when the geological conditions at the construction site are bad and the large mobile lifting machinery cannot be used,the hanging basket hanging pouring process must be adopted.Due to the complexity of the construction process of the hanging basket method,it is necessary to provide complete safety countermeasures during the construction process.This paper takes the hanging basket suspension casting of the(95+180+95)m continuous rigid frame of the Tongjiang River Bridge as the research object,analyzes its construction process,and puts forward the safety measures required in the construction.The practice has proved that the hanging basket suspension casting method can solve the problems caused by the bad geological environment well,and ensure that the internal force of the structure behind the continuous rigid structure bridge meets the requirements,and the safety measures effectively guarantee the safety of the construction operation,which can provide a reference for similar engineering construction.
