摘 要:现有灌浆套筒在装配式建筑应用中灌浆套筒锚固连接性能发挥不充分、加工工序复杂且成本高,不能普遍推广应用。为解决这一关键技术问题,本文分别从锚固钢筋直径及锚固长度对灌浆套筒锚固性能的影响规律进行了试验研究。该技术成本低、尺寸适中且便于施工。其成果为灌浆套筒的设计提供参考,为灌浆套筒在装配式建筑应用和推广中奠定理论基础。In the application of the existing grouting sleeve in prefabricated buildings,the anchoring connection performance of the grouting sleeve is not fully developed,the processing process is complex,and the cost is high,which can not be widely applied.In order to solve this key technical problem,this paper has carried out an experimental study on the influence of the diameter and length of the anchorage bar on the anchorage performance of the grouting sleeve.The technology is low in cost,moderate in size and convenient for construction.The results provide a reference for the design of grouting sleeves and lay a theoretical foundation for the application and promotion of grouting sleeves in prefabricated buildings.
