摘 要:工程造价控制的关键在于施工前方案设计合理性,从而为客户在设备投资、土建投资和设备运行成本提供有利的参考价值。在日趋严格形势下,混凝土生产企业投资由单一设备向智慧园区整体投资转变过程中,产品的主体设备和配套设备在物料平衡上需要一整套理论计算作为依据。本文重点介绍在设备连续式生产的情况下,通过搅拌楼主体和配套设备后料场物料平衡的计算分析,布置方案是否满足物料平衡提供参考。The key of project cost control lies in the rationality of the pre-construction scheme design,thus providing favorable reference value for customers in equipment investment,civil engineering investment and equipment operation cost.In the increasingly strict situation,the investment of concrete production enterprises is changing from single equipment to the overall investment of smart park.The main equipment and supporting equipment of the product need a set of theoretical calculations as the basis for material balance.This paper focuses on the calculation and analysis of the material balance of the material yard behind the main body of the mixing plant and the supporting equipment in the case of continuous production of equipment,so as to provide a reference for whether the layout plan meets the material balance.
