摘　　要：档案资政服务与档案公共服务一样,是我国档案利用服务体系的重要内容。在档案利用服务理论基础上,基于档案资政服务与档案资政服务体系的内涵阐释,明晰我国档案资政服务体系的内容框架,具体包括中国特色档案资政理论研究服务体系、档案资政精品创作服务体系、档案资政知识传授服务体系、档案资政传播服务体系、组织内部的档案资政服务体系等基本内容;提出档案资政服务体系的“双引擎+两翼”结构模型,并分析各构成要素的互动关系;最后从供给侧、需求侧、制度政策和社会环境等维度提出运行建议。Like the public service of archives, the service of archives administration is an important part of the service system of archives utilization in China. Based on the theory of archives utilization service, the connotation interpretation of archives administration service and archives administration service system, this paper clarifies the content framework of China’s archives administration service system, including the basic contents of Chinese characteristics archives administration theory research service system, archives administration fine creation service system, archives administration knowledge transfer service system, archives administration communication service system, and archives administration service system within the organization. It also puts forward the ’Double engine + two wings ’structural model of the archives administration service system and analyzes the interactive relationship between the constituent elements. Finally, it puts forward operational suggestions from the dimensions of supply side, demand side, institutional policies and social environment.
