摘　　要：“管工结合”是针对管理类专业人才培养,采用的“管理+机械工程+数智工程+航空工程”特色办学模式,分为“管理+机械工程”“管理+数智工程”“管理+航空工程”三个模块加以实施。其中,“管理+数智工程”模块用来培养具备数据治理和智能管理技能的人才。数字治理技能包括数据形态的认知技能、数据存在的获取技能、数据效用的甄别技能、数据归类的整合技能、数据加工的处理技能、数据输出的表达技能、数据关联的验证技能、数据安全的控制技能、数据系统地构建技能九个方面,这些技能需要在管理类人才培养全过程中加以训练和养成。’Combination of management and engineering’is the characteristic school-running mode of’management+mechanical engineering+mathematical intelligence engineering+aeronautical engineering’for the cultivation of management professionals.It is divided into three modules:’Management+Mechanical engineering’,’Management+Digital and Intelligent engineering’and’Management+Aeronautical engineering’.Among them,’Management+Digital and Intelligent engineering’module is used to develop talents with digital governance and intelligent management skills.Data governance skills include cognitive skills in the form of data,data access skills screening,and utility of the data,data classification of the integration of skills,the processing of data processing,data output expression skills,data correlation validation,data security control,data system construction of nine aspects,These skills need to be trained and cultivated in the whole process of management personnel training.
