摘 要:碱在硅酸盐水泥中以K_(2)SO_(4)和Na_(2)SO_(4)的形式存在,影响水泥与聚羧酸盐减水剂(PCEs)的相容性。文章研究了K_(2)SO_(4)和Na_(2)SO_(4)对相容性的影响。结果表明,碱会降低PCEs在水泥颗粒上的吸附量,以及浆体初始流动度,但有利于随水化时间延长PCEs的吸附行为和流动性发展。与Na_(2)SO_(4)相比,K_(2)SO_(4)更有利于流动性、凝固时间以及相容性。从水泥与PCEs的相容性角度考虑,K_(2)SO_(4)和Na_(2)SO_(4)的适宜含量分别为0.6%~1.2%Na_(2)Oeq和小于0.6%。Alkali exists in the form of K_(2)SO_(4)and Na_(2)SO_(4)in Portland cement, which affects the compatibility of cement with polycarboxylate superplasticizers(PCEs). In the paper, the effects of K_(2)SO_(4)and Na_(2)SO_(4)on compatibility were investigated And results showed that alkali would reduce the adsorption capacity of PCEs on cement particles and the initial fluidity of the slurry. But it was beneficial to the development of the adsorption behaviour of PCEs and fluidity with the lapse of hydration time. Compared with Na_(2)SO_(4),K_(2)SO_(4)is more favourable for fluidity, setting time and compatibility. Considering the compatibility between cement and PCEs,the suitable contents of K_(2)SO_(4)and Na_(2)SO_(4)are 0.6%~1.2% Na_(2)Oeq and less than 0.6%, respectively.
