摘　　要：针对小微企业在招标采购活动中的生存现状及政府采购在扶持小微企业发展方面存在的问题,从增强小微企业自身发展竞争力和完善法律法规促进政策落实两大方面对小微企业在招标采购活动中的发展提出建议,希望小微企业能在招标采购过程中突破困境,得到健康发展。Focusing on the current situation of small and micro enterprises in tendering and procurement activities and the problems existing in government procurement in supporting the development of small and micro enterprises, the paper provides two recommendations to assist small and micro businesses in overcoming the challenges of the procurement and tendering processes: enhancing their development competitiveness and promoting the implementation of policies by improving laws and regulations. In conclusion, the paper intends to improve the development of small and micro enterprises.
